WHO I AM

I've been inside the chaos you're describing.

Not observing it. Living it.

Eight years embedded inside scaling B2B SaaS companies — sitting in the decisions, the breakdowns, the moments when a team that looked aligned in Monday's meeting was quietly fracturing by Thursday. I know what The Swamp feels like from the inside. That's not a consulting background. That's an operator background.

THE ORIGIN

I didn't start in operations. I started in the mess.

Over a decade, I worked across product, sales, marketing, and fundraising — inside companies scaling across the US, Europe, and Asia. I was in the room when:

Product and sales stopped trusting each other — and nobody named it
Founders became the bottleneck without realising they'd built themselves into the critical path
Teams looked aligned in every meeting and were pulling in completely different directions underneath

I wasn't parachuted in to fix those situations. I was part of them. That's a different kind of education.

The shift came when I realised the fastest-moving teams weren't the ones with the best strategy. They were the ones where people actually said what they meant — where disagreements surfaced early, decisions didn't get silently blocked, and hard conversations didn't get deferred until they became crises.

So I stopped optimising what teams build. I started optimising how teams actually work.

WHAT I BRING

Three things. Most people have one.

PRODUCT DEPTH

I find the real problem underneath the presenting problem.

Product discovery taught me to go beneath what people report as broken to what's actually broken. Most operational engagements never go there. I always do.

OPERATIONAL INSTINCT

I build alongside you. Then I hand it off.

I've built processes, blown them up, and rebuilt them faster. I know that the right process at the wrong moment kills momentum — and that speed matters more than perfection when a company is scaling.

THE HUMAN EDGE

People self-edit in front of their leadership. Not in front of me.

ICF-certified coach. 200+ hours of facilitation. Organisational psychology and counselling background. That's where the real picture emerges — and where change sticks.

"Tooling and structure get you clarity. The human layer makes it stick."

THE LENS

Misalignment isn't just functional. It's cultural.

Born and raised in Hong Kong. Lived and worked across Asia, Europe, and the US. Six languages. Teams across 50+ countries. Context shapes behaviour — and I read both the structural and the human layer in every room I walk into.

Curiosity isn't a hobby for me. It's how I work.

WHAT I BELIEVE

You don't fix execution by adding process.

You fix it by making the invisible visible.

The structural debt nobody named. The missed opportunities nobody noticed. The truth that's already in the room — but hasn't been said yet. That's what I surface. In every engagement, at every level.
